What You’ll Do: - Process incoming payments including checks, ACH, and credit cards - Apply payments to correct customer accounts - Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers - Review invoices and investigate customer deductions - Monitor aging reports and assist with collections efforts - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues - Support audits and maintain accurate financial records - Help improve accounting processes and efficiencies What We’re Looking For: - Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred - 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience - Strong attention to detai...
