Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Finish investment castings to precise standards as per instructions - Read, interpret, and strictly follow detailed work instructions - Inspect all castings for defects - Use precision tools to handle and re-work castings. - Ensure proper use of equipment to prevent injury or damage to castings. - Maintain a fast-paced workflow to meet production targets while upholding quality standard - Record production data and report issues or deviations to the shift leader promptly - Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines - Good attention to details and focus on producing high quality work - Ability to read and follow technical instructions and process documentation - High level of manual dexterity and steady hands with proven ability to perform precise manual tasks - Experience using hand tools for detailed work such as belt and hand grinders (Pneumatic). - Comfortable working with hot materials and adhering to strict safety procedures - Basic understanding of equipment care and appreciation for working with high value equipment - Ability to work independen...
