Last Mountain Co-op is hiring a C-Store Manager on a Full-Time permanent basis at our C-Store based in Raymore, SK. Last Mountain Co-op serves in the communities of Raymore, Punnichy, Govan, Semans and Nokomis. What you’ll do: Develop and promote a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day. Responsible for the operation and administration of the gas bar and c-store functions. Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Help to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits. Provide leadership in the areas of outstanding customer service, loss prevention and health & safety.
