As an Affordable Housing Credit Officer in the Community Development Real Estate team, you will lead the full credit lifecycle for construction and permanent loans supporting affordable multifamily developments. You will structure and present transactions; drive closings; and manage a portfolio through construction, lease‑up, stabilization, and repayment. This role provides the opportunity to influence best practices, mentor peers, and shape credit decisions that align with risk appetite and community impact objectives.
