This role is designed for a hands-on leader who has spent the last decade leading high-performing teams while remaining a subject matter expert in the core technology systems we use to deliver our technology experience to all users. The ideal candidate will be the primary architect and guardian of our digital infrastructure, ensuring that our security posture, automation workflows, and identity management systems are best of breed. This role won’t just manage the department; it will set the technical standard for how we leverage our technology tools to leverage business performance.
