Job Description: Identifies and analyzes legal issues, drafting key documents, presenting clear recommendations, and assuring legal compliance. Will handle a variety of diverse legal duties in areas of health care law such as healthcare business transactions, contract review and negotiation, licensure. Reviews draft contracts sent to Sanford by third-party vendors. Qualifications: Graduate of an American Bar Association accredited law school with licensure to practice law in South Dakota, North Dakota or Minnesota are required.
