Job description

We are looking for a Laboratory Manager for our Food & Nutrition Laboratory in Bresso (MI), Italy. Mission: The Laboratory Manager supervises laboratory activities, including formulation development, sample/prototype creation, testing, and product characterization, to support the commercial team (sales, product management, Principal Development Managers, etc.). He/She contributes to the innovation process with technical knowledge and expertise and is responsible for proper documentation and record-keeping. Main Accountabilities: Formulation Development and Optimization: - Manage, develop, and improve products in accordance with customer requirements; - Evaluate stability tests; - Support product development and formulation evaluation; - Support customers in manufacturing and scale-up processes to evaluate and improve formulations. Information Sharing and Record Keeping: - Ensure accurate records are maintained in line with regulatory requirements; - Act as a technical interface towards principals and customers; - Contribute to best practice sharing within the technical community in EMEA.
