Coordinates activities of medical nutrition therapy staff. Provides leadership, guidance and acts as a resource through consultation with associates and community agencies. Job Description: Assist with interviewing, hiring, counseling, disciplining, and performance management. Will coordinate education and training of subordinates and dietetic students. Will be expected to manage clinical performance improvement programs and assist with all projects and documentation required to meet organizational regulatory agencies and their guidelines.
