Responsibilities: Your Role: As a Training Supervisor , you will be responsible for identifying training needs and mapping out learning and development plans for individuals, teams, and organizations. This position will organize training curriculum and facilitate training sessions. The Training Supervisor analyzes training progress and suggests additional training modules as needed.
