You will be responsible building employee skills, supporting career growth, and strengthening organisational capability. This role focuses on development for all and supporting to increase capability in identified talent groups. You will be based remotely ideally within the Midlands area. There will be regular travel to our Staines & Blackburn offices as well as other UK & Ireland office locations.
