As a key member of the Child Enrichment Program (CEP) leadership team, the Site Director is responsible for leading a staff of 6-10 , interacting with parents, providing direct care of 60 children, writing curriculum and activity planning, and promoting positive member engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Uphold the mission of the YMCA, and demonstrate behaviors that reflect a determined, nurturing, genuine, hopeful, and welcoming nature.
