Accountability: The Assembly Manager is responsible for leading and developing operational and production team members while ensuring a safe, productive, and positive work environment. This role focuses exclusively on people operations—prioritizing workforce management, coaching, performance development, resource scheduling, training coordination. Scope and Responsibilities: Education/Certification: Experience: 4 - 6 years related experience and/or training.
