Job Requirements: - · Experience with Excel spreadsheets - · Experience with Outlook - · High level of organization skills (computer documents, files, information, keeping in order and well organized) - · Forklift expertise a plus - · Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required - High school Diploma or GED required. - Experience with computers and data entry REQUIRED. Duties & Responsibilities: - · Perform receiving inspection activities on supplier parts. - · Document and file results of receiving inspection activities. - · Review defects with vendors. - · Create and send supplier scrap reports. - · Document cost recovery trend. - · Organize and file rejection/scrap/ information. - · Support manufacturing departments with containments/inspections of supplier parts. - · Always practice Safety protocols (including LOTO, and PPE) - · Be able to identify quality issues and address each issue appropriately - · Have strong problem-solving capabilities, prioritize activities to coordinate with customer requirements. - · To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment. - · To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work e...
