Qualifications: - Provides excellent customer service - Performs general administrative duties as requested by physicians and office managers - Processes prior authorizations and refill requests in the Electronic Medical Record system - Assists in connecting patients with various patient assistance programs offered - Maintains medication samples onsite and tracks dispensing - Establishes and maintains relationships with various pharmaceutical representatives - Takes incoming calls from pharmacies to provide refill authorizations, answer questions about medication interactions and clarify prescriptions - Takes incoming phone calls from patients and assists them with medication concerns or takes messages for t...
