Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist, proven to excel in high operational tempo environments, to drive mission execution in support of national security objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience directly supporting the Intelligence Community. You are a strategic collaborator, ensuring coordination with partners across the spectrum of government to stay ahead of the threat. You thrive in complex situations and are capable of considering the whole picture, even in times of stress, to maintain excellent performance. You are comfortable taking limited direction to support your customer’s ability to maintain operational readiness in a dynamic environment. You establish and maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with executive leaders, soliciting and incorporating feedback in a thoughtful, professional manner.
