Media Strategy & Partnerships Manager - US Genspark is looking for a Media Strategy & Partnerships Manager who can think strategically about where and how we show up in the market—then make it happen. You'll own our media strategy, manage our PR agency relationship, drive co-marketing partnerships, and use data to make smarter decisions about where we invest our brand dollars. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll plan our media roadmap, coordinate with our PR agency, negotiate partnerships, and track what's actually working. You're the person who figures out which channels matter for us, how we measure impact, and how we punch above our weight through smart partnerships. What You'll Do: Media Strategy & Planning: - Develop our media strategy: decide which channels (traditional media, OOH, digital brand channels, podcasts, etc.) make sense for Genspark and when - Create our annual media plan with budget allocation across channels - Evaluate new media opportunities and test emerging channels - Oversee media buying execution (working with agencies or direct) - Optimize media spend based on performance and audience reach Brand Tracking & Insights: - Set...
