Holt of California is proud to be part of the elite group of Caterpillar dealers worldwide. We sell, rent and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN ROSEVILLE. POSITION SUMMARY: Drive diesel powered one-ton truck to transport and deliver rental equipment with proper securement of equipment. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate a vehicle in accordance to state law. - Responsible for receiving daily schedule from dispatcher the night before. - Complete delivery logs, delivery sheet and safety inspections daily. - Responsible for loading and unloading plus using the correct tie down techniques. - Must complete pre trip and post trip inspection on truck per B.I.T. guidelines. - Equipment must be delivered within established time frames. - Must handle minor maintenance issues and fueling of trucks. - Responsible for having custo...
