The Fleet Coordinator plays a key role in managing vehicle flow companywide including all rental locations, service facilities, auctions and vendors. This full-time role blends logistics, data accuracy, communication, and hands-on vehicle oversight. If you enjoy a mix of office work and field activity, this position offers the best of both worlds. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Routing & Trip Coordination - Coordinate vehicle trips between auctions, company lots, body shops, vendors, and service facilities. - Communicate schedules and status updates with internal teams and external partners. - Ensure efficient routing to minimize downtime and maximize fleet availability.
