Role Description: We are seeking an ambitious Project Cost Consultant with property sector experience to join our Property team, delivering major building schemes throughout Scotland and the South West of England. Ideally, you will be recently RICS qualified or on your route to qualification. Our team is involved in some of the region’s largest and most exciting building projects, including residential, commercial office, and sports and leisure developments ranging from £20m to £1bn+. With a strong pipeline of work, you will have opportunities to grow your skills, work on industry-leading projects, and engage with some of the best clients in the property sector.
