Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Accelerated Delivery Planning (ADP) Facilitator to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Facilitates accelerated delivery planning workshops to establish a clear and comprehensive understanding of the ENOCS contract, associated needs, and overarching objectives. - Guides participants through structured discussions that surface expectations, clarify requirements, and align stakeholders on intended outcomes. - Applies facilitation methods that promote collaboration, transparency, and shared awareness of contractual and operational drivers that influence planning decisions. - Leads detailed reviews of commitments and conducts systematic assessments of program scope, issues, risks, and assumptions. - Drives dialogue that identifies constraints, interdependencies, and potential barriers to delivery, capturing insights that inform planning artifacts and decision frameworks. - Maintains disciplined oversight of workshop outputs, synthesizes information into coherent findings, and supports the formation of actionable plans that reflect both strategic intent and practical...
