Job Title : Student Worker - One Stop Student Representative Job Classification : Administrative and Office Services, Student Department : One Stop: Hiring Manager : Lottia Windham: Contact : Lottia_Windham@baylor.edu: Work Schedule : Up to 20 hours between 8am to 5pm Desired Length of Employment : Ongoing Pay Rate : $10 per hour Job Description: This position supports the One Stop team within the Enrollment Management division. The OneStop Student Representatives will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests at the One Stop welcome desk on the 3rd Floor of the Bill Daniel Student Center. In addition to ensuring guests are properly checked-in and assisted by a professional staff member, this person will be responsible for filing paperwork, reviewing received office mail, responding to Student Account and Financial Aid inquiries via email, and answering general phone calls regarding Financial Aid and Student Accounts. This position will also be responsible for completing other duties and tasks as assigned to assist the Baylor One Stop and Enrollment Management team.
