Position summary: As a Production Lead you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving manufacturing solutions forward. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. The Production Lead is primarily responsible for leading the department personnel in day to day activities such as scheduling and assigning duties to team members, making sure product moves through the department in a timely manner, monitoring quality, attendance, productivity and efficiencies. The Production Lead looks for process improvement ideas and uses 5S and continual improvement to reduce scrap, improve ergonomics and output.
