Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy and Change, the Business Analyst (BA) will work across Ansvar's material change initiatives, programs and projects, as well as support continuous improvement activities across the business. You'll be responsible for defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, and working with stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs. This is a hands-on BA role in a business going through a genuine transformation. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Project Sponsors, and Business Owners of key Ansvar projects, as well as a cross-section of business users and technology teams, to turn complex problems into clear requirements and practical solutions.
