About the role The Programs Coordinator is a dynamic and hands-on role responsible for coordinating the delivery and ongoing development of dry programs and aqua aerobics at the Bellarine Aquatic & Sports Centre. Reporting to the Centre Manager, this position oversees a broad range of recreation and wellness services including gym, group exercise, older adult, and junior programs, while providing leadership and support to program staff and instructors. The role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, inclusive, and customer-focused environment through effective daily operations, program planning, staff supervision, and stakeholder engagement. This position also contributes to the strategic growth of leisure programs and supports the centre’s commitment to community wellbeing, operational excellence, and high-quality customer service.
