The role: As a Project Manager, you will help drive our goals by: - Manage multiple capital projects (£1–2m), including pilot plants, infrastructure, and site utility equipment, overseeing budgets and capital forecasting. - Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver bespoke, cost-effective designs, including scope, planning, scheduling, change management, installation, and commissioning. - Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions, ensuring designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. - Identify and manage project uncertainties, changes in scope, and conflicting priorities across multiple projects, sites, and stakeholders while controlling risk. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, EHS, and JM standards; lead safety audits, hazard studies,...
