Job Title Senior Quality Lead - Supply Chain Job Description: The Senior Quality Lead is responsible for handling a range of quality issues across the supply chain to drive targeted improvements in product quality and efficiency, working under limited supervision using a range of tools including root cause investigation, process validation, advanced statistical methods and seamless product transfers. Driving expected regulatory standards, the role conducts in-depth investigations into non-conformance and implements robust CAPA measures with a focus on effectiveness, maintaining expected KPI standards and driving opportunities for improvement. The role executes initiatives to enhance supplier quality, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve intricate process challenges and ensure the quality of our product and service across both the commercial and service supply chains.
