You are an experienced Health & Safety Advisor who consistently conveys professional judgment and can build effective relationships across all levels. You will play a key role in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs and can expect to work on challenging projects with diverse and collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards. This position is a site- based role in Edmonton, AB. Join our team on-site today!: Qualifications: - Conduct inspections of the work area and meet with field supervisors to discuss any potential problems: help to ensure the adequate supply of safety equipment, such as protective equipment, fire extinguishers, respirators, etc. - Advise operations regarding Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System, based on a solid understanding of program execution throughout the project lifecycle - Monitor compliance with jurisdictional regulatory requirements - Assists in the coordination and completion of safe work procedures, hazard assessments, safety inspections, focus audits and incident investigations - Verify compliance with leading and lagging indicators, including subcontractors as well as any identi...
