Realise your potential at yourtown: your opportunity We’re seeking an experienced and values driven In Work Support Consultant (known internally as a Job Development Coach) to deliver tailored post placement and ongoing support to participants within the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract. This role is focused on supporting members once they are in employment, helping them navigate workplace expectations, relationships and change.
