Job Description Do you have passion for headcount planning, strategic workforce insights and people analytics? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate for Analytics, Planning and Insights. Our People Planning & Analytics team is seeking a passionate new colleague to join us in delivering strategic people insights and analytics that support decision-making across the People, Place & Culture organization. This role will help drive data-informed thinking through HR analytics, workforce insights, storytelling, and optimization of our people technology platforms. Please note: This role is an individual contributor role and we do not support relocation. Core Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert across People Analytics domains, translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions and strategic recommendations that support the LEGO Group’s people priorities.
