As Product Director for Rewards, you will lead data-driven innovation across three pillars—Data Modernization, Voice of Customer (VoC) analytics, and AI-enabled Automation. You’ll set a business-aligned strategy, build domain-oriented data products with strong governance, and operationalize VoC insights-to-action. Partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Analytics, you will deliver modern AI and intelligent solutions using generative AI, machine learning, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Alteryx, Tableau and other approved tools. You will inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team to ship outcomes—accelerating decision speed, improving customer experience, and minimizing operational risk.
