Job Description The 3PL (Sort) Center Senior Program Manager is an exciting opportunity within Nordstrom Supply Chain Operations and Transportation to support a growing network strategy, leading the new location in Keasbey, New Jersey This leader serves as the on-site Nordstrom representative and primary point of contact for a third party–operated facility, providing hands-on leadership to ensure accurate, reliable, on-time, and efficient movement of inventory across the site. In close partnership with the third-party provider, transportation teams, Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores, and SC network partners, this role is accountable for strong daily execution, meeting established KPIs and service-level commitments, and driving analytically informed continuous improvement across operations, transportation, and inventory flow. The role plays a critical part in managing performance visibility and reporting, with a focus on service, OS&D, building health, and shrink, while fostering an environment of operational excellence that delivers efficiency, accuracy, and positive outcomes for customers and partners.
