Market Range: 11 Hiring Range: $4,600.33 - $6,440.46/Monthly: JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Simulation Logistician serves as the administrative project manager for the Center for Healthcare Improvement and Patient Simulation (CHIPS) and as the central point of contact for all CHIPS experiences. This position provides oversight for multiple, complex simulated experiences as they move through their life cycles. These experiences have a far-reaching impact across the 1UT Health Science Center, ensuring learner objectives are met. CHIPS provides simulation experiences for external customers, community partners, and all the UT Health Science Center colleges including campuses in Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. The incumbent will analyze simulation experiences and associated data and recommend various courses of action for quality improvement. Performs other related duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Systems Engineering, or a similar field. (Master’s Degree preferred.)
