Job description

SMX is seeking a Budget Data Analyst to support our Federal client's Contingency and International Program and Military Personnel. The Analyst will join a cross-functional team that supports PPBE Reform Commission Report implementation. Responsibilities include data gathering and consolidation, cross-organization coordination, and strategic communications. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Identify, collect, and consolidate data from various sources to support PPBE analysis. This includes, but is not limited to, financial data, programmatic data, and performance metrics. - Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in the PPBE process. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and other data visualization tools to track suspenses, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PPBE reform. - Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations, charts, and other visual aids for all levels of leadership to communicate the findings of data analysis and the progress of PPBE reform initiatives. - Provide technical expertise and support to government staff on data analysis tools and techniques. - Bac...
