Responsibilities: The Senior Production Underwriter is primarily responsible for: - Risk Evaluation: Selection, retention, and pricing of new and existing business in accordance with the company’s underwriting philosophy and guidelines. - Broker Relationships: Pro-actively develops and fosters positive, professional relationships with the company’s agency partners in an effort to promote the company’s products and services. - Premium Growth: Works closely with Field Sales Managers in plan management of brokers.
