Job Purpose Lead and develop the Material Planning function to support manufacturing operations through effective planning and procurement, ensuring supply continuity across multiple plants. Drive initiatives to improve process efficiency, align with long-term production goals, and support broader business objectives. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing, agile team that partners closely with Sourcing, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain leadership. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement that reflects the company’s core values.
