Job Description Overview: We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Technical Training Advisor in Houston, Texas. This is a hybrid position, with three days remote and two days onsite each week. The Technical Training Advisor will develop, deliver, and coordinate high-quality, client-administered training solutions for AtkinsRéalis clients. This role is 100% client-facing and supports workforce capability building, knowledge transfer, and operational performance improvement. Working under the Strategy & Advisory Lead and in coordination with the AtkinsRéalis Project Manager, the role focuses on instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning delivery that enables learners to apply skills in real-world environments while championing AtkinsRéalis values.
