Description We are looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of store general manager. You will be responsible for setting goals for each of the profit centers within the location including labor targets. Your responsibilities include recruiting, training, and development of your team members to ensure they are happy and engaged, while delivering outstanding customer experience.
