Default Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Hours: 40 Salary range: $30.59 - $46.48 Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Hour employee Department: Information Systems Job Objective: Provides frontline basic support (adds, moves and changes) for the Eisenhower networking environment which includes switches, routers and wi-fi, along with support of end users dependent upon those networking services. Participates in on-call after hours support and works with other engineers for work queue assignments. Education: Required: Associate’s degree in Information Technology or an additional two (2) years of applicable experience in lieu of associate’s degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Licensure/Certification: Required: Network +, Security + or equivalent certification Preferred: Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) Routing & Switching or equivalent certification Experience: Required: Two (2) years of Information Technology experience or completion of Networking rotation through Eisenhower Apprenticeship program Reports To: Director-Technical Services: Supervises: N/A Ages of Patients: N/A Blood Borne Pathogens: Minimal/ No Potential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to crea...
