Description Personal Care Aide 21.00 an hour Lansdale, PA Personal Care: Description: Purpose: To perform non-professional direct resident care duties under the supervision of the Personal Care Coordinator; and to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents in the Personal Care Facility. To perform these duties in accordance with applicable current regulations and standards governing personal care facilities; and to perform these duties in accordance with the mission of Elm Terrace Gardens to promote the health and well-being of individual residents based on their functional abilities and potential. 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p this schedule works 2 days a week and every other weekend , which is considered full-time (72 hours bi-weekly).
