JOB OVERVIEW: Order Selectors are responsible for assisting with the shipping, receiving and put away activities in Kubota warehouses and distribution centers, fulfilling requests from Kubota dealers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: - Accurately and efficiently expedite orders for delivery. - Route and process inbound inventory received to be stocked in an orderly and concise manner. - Confirm that picked orders match customer requirements, avoiding errors or damage. - Packs orders, ensuring products are securely packaged. - Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for outbound shipping. - Ship items out using warehouse management system. - Maintains standard housekeeping expectations throughout shift. - Verify and maintain inventory within warehouse to ensure order and efficiency. - Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to avoid accidents and injuries. - Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues. - Other duties as assigned.
