Job Summary: Trim Die Assistant sets up and operates the trim, drill, and arm-drill presses, CNC water jet and conventional machines. Job Requirements: - Perform the set-ups for the trim, drill and arm-drill presses, CNC water jet and conventional machines including any changes or adjustments to bolts, clamps, or assembly at the beginning of each production run. - Verify the presses are set-up correctly for production at the beginning of each shift. - Operate the trim, drill, and arm-drill presses, CNC water jet and conventional machines. - Clean dies as needed. - Maintain accurate part and /or work piece counts. - Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the job-specific travelers. - Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement. - Particip...
