What you will be doing: - Oversee a caseload of large and/or complex residential property claims, ensuring timely and accurate handling. - Deliver superior customer service to each insured and external business partner, maintaining high engagement throughout the claims process. - Proactively communicate and set accurate claims expectations with customers. - Evaluate claims and resolve policy coverage issues within established authority - Examine and analyze policies, forms, and records to determine coverage and the extent of the company's exposure or liability. - Negotiate and settle claims in line with the company's best practices and industry standards, aiming for optimal resolutions. - Research and stay current on all statutory requirements related to residential property claims. - Apply knowledge of multiple state statutes, including the insurance code of ethics, rules, regulations, and guidelines,...
