Responsibilities: Qualifications: Shift: - Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations. - Provide personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents. - Work under the direction of Registered Nurse, Director or wellness or supervisor. - Ensure residents receive compassionate and high-quality care. - Current and valid RMA certification. - Ability to follow individualized care plans - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Compassion and understanding of the aging process. - 7am–3pm Shift (1 Full-time / 1 Part-time; every other weekend) - 3pm–11pm Shift (1 Full-time / 1 Part-time; every other weekend) - 11pm–7am Shift (1 Part-time every other weekend) Why Join Spring Oak?: Spring Oak offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
