Who we are looking for Data Intelligence Product and Operations Manager, Managing Director will lead and grow our Poland-based Data Intelligence Operations team. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, with the ability to define and execute an end-to-end data operations vision spanning data acquisition, enrichment, governance, productization, and distribution, aligned to SSDI’s long‑term growth objectives. The manager will closely collaborate with the US-based functional management team on the vision and strategy of the team. - Process: This role will be responsible for managing various functions, including Client Lifecycle, Data Rights team, Product Management and Operations and Data Management. - People: The Team Lead & Project Manager will manage employees under a matrix framework, in which core functions will have US-based management heads. - Project: In addition to business-as-usual operations, the Data Intelligence Product and Operations Manager will take on various project management responsibilities.
