Adjunct Faculty - Nursing Work Location: In person: MSN Tuition Reimbursement Available for a limited time! Skills/Competencies/Qualifications: · Completion of an approved professional nursing education program. · Experience of at least three years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse. · A master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program required for faculty teaching in associate degree and bachelor of science in nursing programs. · A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in nursing is required to teach in practical/vocational nursing programs. · A current active unencumbered license as a registered nurse in Ohio. · Previous teaching experience preferred. · Excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills. · Excellent teaching and classroom management skills · Functional abilities to carry out classroom, clinical and laboratory teaching responsibilities · Competence in clinical skills in areas of teaching · Competent in personal computer applications: word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email. · Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screening, required immunizations, current CPR and HIPAA certifications.
