Responsibilities: Benefits: - Provide assistance to customers relating to concierge service, rental cars and hotel accommodations, - Confirm catering orders for inbound/outbound flights, - Provide ground transportation for pilots/customers, - Answer multi-line company switchboard and route calls accordingly - Use Unicom communication system, - Schedule aircraft arrivals and departures and coordinate with Line Service, - Maintain scheduling for lobby area and conference rooms, - Maintain serviceability of aircraft linens and dishware, - Dispatch and receive fuel orders, - Enter fuel and service tickets - Service and stock office and kitchen supplies, - Maintain security access to ramp, hangar, and offices, - Adhere to company Policy and Procedure Manual, - Demons...
