Overview Fulltime position. Part time remote work. There is a weekly requirement to work onsite in the office. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm: Dartmouth Health benefits start the first day of employment. Collect, analyze and report patient-related transplant, quality measures and outcomes data for the Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program and Hematology group and to the Center for International Blood and Marrow Research and the National Marrow Donor Program (CIBMTR/NMDP) National Registry. Responsibilities: - Manages computerized data regarding bone marrow transplant patients’ complications and overall survival both internally and externally. - Oversees quality initiatives within the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program and Hematology team including development of databases to assess quality measures and benchmarks required for national accreditation. - Database development for(not all inclusive): Re-admission rates for transplant patients, Incidence of inpatient infections, Quality of care using the Inpatient/Outpatient (IPOP) Initiative and Quality outcomes for new hematology patients.
