Job description

The Project Manager is accountable for the end-to-end control, execution, and financial performance of assigned plumbing and HVAC projects across both construction and service departments. This role ensures projects are authorized, planned, executed, monitored, and closed in a disciplined and repeatable manner, replacing informal coordination and reactive problem-solving with structured project management, documented controls, and measurable outcomes.
