Spa Reception & Retail Attendant at Cheeca Lodge & Spa: Creating Seamless Guest Experiences Located in Islamorada, Cheeca Lodge & Spa invites a dynamic Spa Reception & Retail Attendant to bridge our serene spa and vibrant retail boutique. This role is ideal for those who excel in providing exceptional guest service in both spa and retail environments. Position Overview: This is a dual position - you will work some days in our Spa and some days in our Boutique Store. Key Responsibilities: Spa Desk Operations: - Greet and check in spa guests, schedule/modify appointments, and ensure guest satisfaction. - Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the spa areas including the fitness center, locker rooms, and lounge. - Stay informed about all spa services, operation times, and retail merchandise. - Sell products, maintain display areas, and restock as needed. - Manage charges to accounts and handle payment methods.
