Use the MICROS system to register and close all sales as appropriate. Properly reconcile all financial transactions and liabilities resulting from operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Tend to guests` requests for food and beverage. - Quote price and describe features of items for which money is received. - Read and record totals shown on POS tape and verify against cash on hand. - Cash out server tickets. - Check identification for credit card payments and SECR complimentary transactions. - Understand and follows all department policies, specifically, the `MICROS POS policies`. - Maintain a clean and sanitary environment; assist in stocking and restocking products.
